Cultivating leadership

To honor Partners who mentored and sponsored future leaders at PwC, I designed a series of custom posters that celebrated the idea of growth through guidance. Each piece featured abstract, on-brand illustrations of plants in bloom, paired with quotes that reinforced the spirit of leadership and long-term impact. The posters were hand silk-screened, framed, and gifted as a meaningful thank you to those helping to grow the next generation of firm leaders.
